GEMINI AIR CARGO

After Federal Express, the second most known DC-10-30F - operator is Gemini Air Cargo, which established itself on the worldwide market since 1995. The first aircraft were ex-Lufthansa DC-10-30s which were converted to freighters and entered service in December of that year. Similar to World Airways, the DC-10s are operated on wet-lease charters but there are also own flights from the US- East Coast to Asia. Now the fleet consists of 12 DC-10-30AFs (all converted Pax airliners) including also ex BA-aircraft which joined the fleet in 1998 and 1999.
