Note: the center gear is still extended. This photo shows the a/c doing a fly-by to figure out why the center bogey was still extended. The A/C landed safely and it was discovered upon inspection that the gear pin had not been removed. The pin was removed and the aircraft then continued to EWR. (LAX 03/1999)
